Getting Started

How do I create my first profile?

Download the AtlasLinq app, sign up, and tap the "+" button on the home screen to create your first digital business card profile.

Do recipients need to install the app?

No. When you share your card via NFC, QR code, or link, recipients view your profile directly in their browser. No app installation required.

Which devices support NFC sharing?

NFC sharing works on Android phones with NFC enabled, and iPhones running iOS 13 or later. If NFC is unavailable, QR code and link sharing work on any device.

Sharing & NFC

How do I share my card via NFC?

Open the app, go to your profile, and tap the NFC share button. Hold the back of your phone near the recipient's phone until the card transfers.

How do I share via QR code?

Open the app and tap the QR code icon on your profile. The recipient can scan it with their phone camera — no QR reader app needed.

Can I share multiple profiles?

Yes. AtlasLinq supports multiple profiles (free plan: 3 profiles). Switch between profiles in the app and share any one of them.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days per our privacy policy.

Where is my data stored?

AtlasLinq uses a local-first architecture — your data lives on your device first. Optional cloud sync uses Firebase (Google Cloud, Mumbai region, India).

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data in the app. You'll receive a copy of all your profile data and connection history.

Subscription & Billing

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes up to 3 profiles, NFC sharing, QR code sharing, web link sharing, and basic analytics.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Go to Google Play → Subscriptions → AtlasLinq → Cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests for subscription payments can be submitted to support@atlaslinq.com within 7 days of the charge. We'll review each request individually.
